TURF CARE

Starting at $245 per year or $35/application for (7) fertilizer treatments.

Fertilizer programs are customized to your turf type. Basic program includes (7) granular applications during the growing season optimized to build strong soil, increase plant health, and prevent weeds.

AERATION

Starting at $90 for lawns under 5,000 sf.

Core aeration is an essential turf management practice that improves soil health and nutrient uptake by reducing the effects of soil compaction. Generally recommended once or twice per season in the late spring or early fall.

MULCH & BED MAINTENANCE

Priced according to size and location of landscape beds.

We offer full mulch service, bed cleaning, planting of seasonal color, planting of ornamentals, and ongoing maintenance. We can redefine and cleanup overgrown bed edges for the ultimate curb appeal.

TREE  & PLANTS

SEASONAL COLOR

We can plant annual flowers in your beds based on the season.

Pricing is based on quantity and flower type. Includes delivery, planting, initial fertilization, and removal/cleanup of area being planted in if needed.

WEEKLY LAWN SERVICE STANDARDS

• We will mow your lawn at the proper height of cut for your specific type of turf grass and make seasonal adjustments as needed. 

• We use string trimmers to maintain flower/tree beds and fence lines.

• We use blade edgers around all concrete surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, and curbs. 

• All surfaces are blown clean at the conclusion of each service including driveways, sidewalks, patios, and pool decks. 

• We use equipment properly sized for your lawn including 30" walk behind mowers and 36-42" standing mowers that fit through all common fence gates.

• All members of our service team receive regular training on all equipment we use to service your property. They wear a standard uniform and proper safety equipment while working on your property. 

• Mower blades are sharpened 1-2x per week to guarantee the best cut quality possible. 

• We carry full liability insurance and workers comp.

• Proper fertilization, aeration, soil enhancements, weed prevention, disease prevention, and pest control is critical for achieving the best turf quality on the block. 

• All turf care programs include proper pre-emergent weed treatments in the spring and fall to prevent all common weeds from germinating in your lawn.

• We use a combination of granular and liquid fertilizers to optimize the macro and micro nutrients your lawn needs throughout the year. 

• We are happy to provide our customers with the spec sheet on each product we apply so they know the products are safe for their kids, pets, and lawn. 

• We work with our customers to manage proper watering of their turf during the growing season as most lawns do not need as much irrigation water as most homeowners think. 

• We offer soil tests and provide a copy of the report with our analysis to our customers so they can track the improvements in their soil over time. 

• We can work individually with you to add carbon and biochar soil amendments to your program to improve the overall health of your soil and reduce the amount of fertilizer needed to support healthy growth of your turf.
