What type of lights do you use?
We use the highest of quality commercial C9 light bulbs and wire that will last 7+ seasons and are highly energy efficient. Choose from 12" or 15" light spacing for a clean and modern look on your home.
Which Light Colors Can You Install?
Our base pricing includes your choice of Warm White, Cool White, or Red lights. You can upgrade to multi-color or any pattern of your choice.
When do you install the lights and when are they taken down?
We begin installing lights as early as October 1st and take the lights down in early January. Both installation and removal are included in your price.
Does the customer get to keep the lights?
Yes, we will put the lights back into a box or storage container and leave them with you when we take them down in January.
How do you collect payment?
You can pay via check or credit card and there are no processing fees on credit card payments. For new installs we require a 25% deposit paid prior to your install date. The remainder will be collected after your lights are installed. We collect payment for re-installs immediately after your lights are installed.
Is there any warranty available?
For newly installed lights, we will replace any bulbs that go out and correct any wiring defects during your first season.
